Visiting the LARGEST Buddhist temple in THE WORLD 🇮🇩 Yogyakarta, Indonesia

After Jakarta, we spent three days in Yogyakarta. Except, we actually spent the day in Bandung first. While I was editing that video, I didn't feel like it did the city justice or shared our true opinions of Indonesia. We were both tired, grumpy, and were staying in a HORRIBLE hotel and therefore we didn't really do anything except eat really spicy food, walk around the city, and meet some friendly locals. That being said, I did make the video but I'm choosing not to post it. If that's something you would be interested in, leave a comment down below and I might release it!

We LOVED Yogyakarta but not nearly as much as Jakarta. This city felt a little more touristy and after travelling for so long that put a bit of a sour taste in our mouths. But that was quickly turned around when we met the most lovely locals, tried some great food, and really got to see what life was like in this area. Candi Borobudur was BEAUTIFUL and we absolutely loved all of the culture and history that this area had to offer.
