Ube Halaya Recipe ni Lola Vlogger Aling Belen sobrang sarap
pang himagas, pampasko at pwede pang negosyo
narito ang mga sangkap na kailangan

3 kilo ube(kapag balat na magiging 2 kilo nalang sya)
800 to 1 kilo white sugar (add more if needed)
2 lata ng evap (360ml ang isa)
500 ml kakang gata (pure coconut milk or unang piga)
1 tsp vanilla
margarine or butter
ube flavoring and color (optional)
