The Australian’s Associate Editor Jenna Clarke says private health insurance companies are going to “up their premiums”.

Health insurance premiums are set to increase from April 1st, according to Health Minister Mark Butler.

Ms Clarke told Sky News host Sharri Markson that every Australian is thinking “what else can be increased?”

“Everything is getting so expensive.

“I think it’s going to be interesting just to see what the fallout to this will be, both politically and for the health system.”
