In this HubSpot tutorial, we will walk you through how-to block form or pop up form submissions from specific email domains in HubSpot.

In HubSpot, you can prevent visitors with email addresses with certain domains from submitting your HubSpot form.

Steps to follow:

1. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing, Lead Capture, and then click Forms.

2. Hover over the form name and Click Edit.

3. Hover over the Email field in the form editor and click the edit icon.

4. In the left panel, scroll down to email domains to block and enter the domains you want to block. Enter only the root domain without the www prefix or at symbol.

5. To Block free email providers, select the checkbox Block, free email providers.

6. In the top right, click Update and then click publish to take your changes live.

7. To Block email domains on a pop-up form, let’s go to a pop-up form.
Click the Form tab.

8. In the left pane, click the pencil icon edit on the right of the Email field.
Enter the domains you want to block in the Email domains to block field, same as we did earlier.

9. Now If visitors attempt to enter a blocked domain in the Email field on your pop-up form, they will see a message asking them to enter a business email address.
