Forza Motorsport: Are These Actually Pro Tunes? Let's find out!

I had viewer leave two tunes in the comments, supposedly from one Top level guy to Nalak28, a well known racer and tuner in all the Forza series. I put them to the test to find out if they are for real. If they are, what can I learn from them? What can I then teach you? The video is longer than I intended, but you'll learn a lot I think, as I did. Also, two brand new tunes for the Viper, one for Indy GP and the other a more general tune that should be good most places.
