This workout is a killer! If you have a weight plate then this is going to do wonders for helping you to build strength.

It is a full body workout so we will leave no muscle untouched. Let's get strong!

I actually prefer using a weight plate for most of my workouts to dumbbells - I just find them easier to get a better grip.
