• વાંગીભાત રેસીપી ઘરાના મસાલા સાથે
• દક્ષિણ ભારતીય વાંગી ભાત બનાવવાની રીત
• બ્રિન્જલ રાઈસ કેવી રીતે બનાવવો
• Tiffin માટે તળેલો વાંગી ભાત
🔹 Key Ingredients:
Ingredient for rice.
1 bowl basmati rice.
As per taste salt.
1 tbsp oil.
2 glass water for boil.

Ingredient for vangi bath garam masala.

2 tbsp chana dal.
2 tbsp. udad dal.
2 tbsp coriander seeds.
1 tbsp jeera.
3 dry red chilli.( kashmiri chilli).
Pinch on hing.
As per taste salt.
2 tbsp coconut powder.

Ingredient for tadka :
2 tbsp oil. 1 tbsp. mustared seed.
6 to 7 curry leaves.
Pinch of hing.
1 tsp. turmeric powder.
3 medium size brinjal.( rigal).
3 tbsp. garam masala.
½ glass water.
1 tbsp ghee.
Garnish for coriander leaves.
