Short Form 1
From your meditating horse stance...
1. Drop your left foot back (to 6:00) into a right neutral bow (facing 12:00), while executing a right hammering inward block, "with" a left back elbow.
2. Step-thru reverse into a left neutral bow (facing 12:00) while executing a left hammering inward block, "with" a right back elbow.
3. Settle into a left neutral bow (facing 9:00) while executing a left vertical outward block,
"with" a right back elbow.
4. Step-thru reverse into a right neutral bow (facing 9:00) while executing a right vertical
outward block, "with" a left back elbow.
5. Settle into your left neutral bow (facing 3:00) while executing a left upward block, "with"
a right back elbow.
6. Step-thru reverse (to 9:00) as you settle into a right neutral bow (facing 3:00) while executing a right upward block, "with" a left back elbow.
6a. Cover (to 6:00) by moving your left foot (to 12:00) while cocking your right arm horizontally across your waist (palm up) with the left arm slightly forward.
7. Settle into your right neutral bow (facing 6:00), while executing a right downward block, "with" a left back elbow.
8. Step-thru reverse (to 12:00) as you settle into a left neutral bow (facing 6:00) while executing a left downward block, "with" a right back elbow.
9. Move your left foot clockwise into a horse stance (facing 12:00) as your left hand swings forward and is placed on your right clenched fist.
10. Drop your right foot back (to 6:00) into a left neutral bow (facing 12:00), while executing a left hammering inward block, "with" a right back elbow.
11. Step-thru reverse into a right neutral bow (facing 12:00) while executing a right hammering inward block, "with" a left back elbow.
12. Settle into a right neutral bow (facing 3:00) while executing a right vertical outward
block, "with" a left back elbow.
13. Step-thru reverse into a left neutral bow (facing 3:00) while executing a left vertical
outward block, "with" a right back elbow.
14. Settle into your right neutral bow (facing 9:00) while executing a right upward block,
"with" a left back elbow.
15. Step-thru reverse (to 3:00) as you settle into a left neutral bow (facing 9:00) while executing a left upward block, "with" a right back elbow.
15a. Cover (to 6:00) by moving your right foot (to 12:00) while cocking your left arm horizontally across your waist (palm up) with the right arm slightly forward.
16. Settle into your left neutral bow (facing 6:00), while executing a left downward block,
"with" a right back elbow.
17. Step-thru reverse (to 12:00) as you settle into a right neutral bow (facing 6:00) while
executing a right downward block, "with" a left back elbow.
18. Move your right foot clockwise into a horse stance (facing 12:00) as your right hand
swings forward and is placed in your left open palm.
