Boiled egg - 3
Big Onion - 1 small
Green Chilly - 1
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Bread - 6 pieces
Butter


Method: -

Firstly, boiled 3 eggs and remove the shell. Grate the three eggs and put in a container. Add big onion sliced in small, green chilly, coriander leaves, pepper powder, mayonnaise and salt. Mash well and keep in side for 5 minutes. Cut the sides of the bread. Spread the butter on both pieces. Spread the egg mixture on one piece evenly. Cover with the second piece. Cut into rectangular shape. Make the egg sandwich with the other pieces. Tasty egg sandwiches ready.
