Pretty simple stuff. Measuring rise time is very similar to measuring frequency, except for the fact that there's a bit less math involved and you're measuring time between different points. As always, if you have any questions, just toss a comment down below!

If you want a nice, stable, solid display on an analog scope, using smaller capacitors would be a good idea.
