On site assembly of bamboo shade structure

Описание к видео On site assembly of bamboo shade structure

Over the course of a two week long trip, USF students partnered with Colombian architecture students from Javeriana University, and local expert architects to learn how to design and build with structural bamboo (guadua). The students build a bamboo shade structure for the workers of a sugar cane museum to take breaks. The structure is made entirely out of structural bamboo (guadua) and also catches and redirects rain water to the stream that flows through the museum.
