Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell says although Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews is the favourite to win the state election, it could be a “tighter result” than people think.

“For Labor to lose its majority, it would have to lose 11 seats,” he said.

“It's a big ask for Matthew Guy but it’s looking tighter than it was at the start of the campaign.”
