Trimming excessive growth on tomatoes to help keep powdery mildew at a minimum.

In my area of British Columbia we are plagued by white powdery mildew every year. it rolls through over night and you would think it snowed :) so right around now I'm trimming a lot of excess growth from my tomatoes as they get bombarded with the mildew. Despite circulation fans, exhaust fans, and praying it shows up :) this year I'm keeping the growth thinned out in hopes it will keep it to a minimum :) This area of British Columbia is classified as rain forest and guys I can attest to the amount of rain we get as well as the overbearing humidity at times :) its like a steam room with sun! I also wanted to show you the baby Picolino cucumbers from a local seed supplier. they are amazingly good for pickling. I hope this finds you well and remember, Br Good To Each Other in all Things :)
