In the Mikros Magic, Adrien Quillet, Sets & Props Modeling Lead at Mikros, explains the creation process for Chase's new vehicle in PAW Patrol: The Movie.

The vehicle combines style and functionality, designed for extreme rescue missions. Made up of 700,000 polygons, it can transform into an armored mode to handle emergency situations.

One major challenge was making Chase’s interaction with the dashboard feel believable, allowing him to use various integrated gadgets during missions. But the biggest challenge was designing the vehicle's transformation to feel realistic while also making it exciting to watch.

In the movie's climax, another impressive transformation reveals an entirely new vehicle: a compact motorcycle with better handling and the ability to ride on walls, adding an unexpected and thrilling touch to the film.
