Rex Orange County is not from Southern California. In fact, it’s the moniker of 20-year-old UK musician Alex O'Connor, whose star has risen swiftly on the strength of the insanely catchy single Loving Is Easy. He brings his unique modern pop sound to KCRW's studio in Santa Monica for a live session.
