Our CEO Niek Rijnveld demonstrates our optical fiber-based acoustic emission monitoring system at the IWSHM conference at Stanford in California. Our product is based on a novel optical fiber sensing technology, resulting in femtostrain sensitivity and MHz acquisition bandwidth. Applications of ZonaSens technology are composite health monitoring, sonar, perimeter sensing, condition monitoring and more. In the video below, the principle is explained and demonstrated.
