The Norwegian Method - Episode 2 - Kristian Blummenfelt & Gustav Iden's 2023 Pre-Season Training

After the success of the original Norwegian Method documentary, the team of Kristian Blummenfelt, Gustav Iden, Olav Aleksander Bu and Adam Acworth have given access to their pre-season training camps as Kristian and Gustav attempt to return back from long course triathlon to Olympic distance racing.
