So what are the reasons behind a heart attack? Bad lifestyle such as smoking, consumption of alcohol, or not exercising reduces the blood flow into the heart. Until and unless the heart blockage reaches 70% no symptoms are observed in the patient. It is not necessary that the pain occurs only on the left side of the chest. Due to less blood supply in the heart, the pain can occur anywhere on the left, middle, or right side of the heart.

What does a heart attack pain feel like? This chest pain is not normal. It often feels like heaviness in the chest and trouble with choking sensation or shortness of breath. Generally, if the blockage is more than 70% then the chest pain is felt only while walking. If the chest pain occurs while sitting too then it can mean that the blockage has increased much more. The blockage is mostly increased up to 90% to 99 % and this can be a symptom of a heart attack. This pain is not only restricted to the chest. In some patients, pain can occur in the upper part of the stomach. This may lead to confusion about digestive problems, or gastric problems. This pain can also occur in the back, in the backside of the head or neck, and also in the left or right arm.

How to differentiate between heart attack pain and other pain? Most people are familiar with the pain of acidity and can identify by themselves if the pain is causing due to acidity. When the heart blockage reaches 90% or above then the person may experience sweating episodes while sitting and may feel weakness, or darkness before the eyes. The pain may increase while walking, or climbing stairs the same does not happen in acidity pain. A sour belch can also be a symptom of acidity.

What is a stress test? A stress test is a machine in which the patient is directed to walk fast from which ECG is tested. If the ECG comes out regular then most probably the pain is not related to the heart.

What does muscle pain mean? Muscle pain is the pain in the ribs that are caused probably due to problem in the lungs. Muscle pain is generally sharp pain whereas the pain caused due to the heart is dull. This sharp muscle pain increases while bending, movement of the chest, or breathing. Muscle-related chest pain is felt only on a specific spot of the chest whereas heart pain can be felt all over the chest which is usually dull and heavy. Taking any pain killer, or using gel may relieve the muscle pain. Heart pain is not relieved from the basic medications. So If you experience any pain while walking, or pain in the neck or back then you must visit a doctor soon.

दिल का दौरा दर्द कैसा लगता है? सीने में यह दर्द सामान्य नहीं है। यह अक्सर छाती में भारीपन और घुटन या सांस की तकलीफ के साथ परेशानी जैसा महसूस होता है। कुछ रोगियों में पेट के ऊपरी हिस्से में दर्द हो सकता है। इससे पाचन संबंधी समस्याओं, या गैस्ट्रिक समस्याओं के बारे में भ्रम हो सकता है। यह दर्द पीठ में, सिर या गर्दन के पिछले हिस्से में और बायें या दायें हाथ में भी हो सकता है।

दिल के दौरे के दर्द और दूसरे दर्द में अंतर कैसे करें? ज्यादातर लोग एसिडिटी के दर्द से परिचित होते हैं और खुद ही पहचान सकते हैं कि दर्द एसिडिटी के कारण हो रहा है या नहीं। चलते समय दर्द बढ़ सकता है, या सीढ़ियाँ चढ़ते समय दर्द हो सकता है एसिडिटी के दर्द में ऐसा नहीं होता है। खट्टी डकारें आना भी एसिडिटी का लक्षण हो सकता है।

मांसपेशियों में दर्द का क्या मतलब है? मांसपेशियों में दर्द पसलियों में दर्द है जो फेफड़ों में समस्या के कारण होता है। कोई दर्द निवारक दवा लेने या जेल का उपयोग करने से मांसपेशियों के दर्द से राहत मिल सकती है। दिल का दर्द बुनियादी दवाओं से दूर नहीं होता है। इसलिए अगर चलते समय दर्द, या गर्दन या पीठ में दर्द का अनुभव होता है तो आपको जल्द ही डॉक्टर के पास जाना चाहिए।
