- I wasn't able to keep making excuses for this. The opening was curious - there was a compelling sense of mystery in the interplay between the iris, the woods and the musks. But as proceedings moved towards the drydown, the musks began to take over and to push the whole into fairly predictable territories. On skin, as you'd expect, the transition is more rapid, and the effect of the musks more prominent.
