Seniors looking to enhance your retirement funds may take up one of the various housing monetisation options, based on your needs and preference.

You can choose an option that lets you stay in your current flat (Lease Buyback Scheme, renting out your spare bedroom(s)), or consider alternative schemes if you are planning to move to another flat (right-size with Silver Housing Bonus, rent out your flat).
