Agia Efimia (Αγία Ευφημία) is a village on the east coast of the island of Kefalonia Greece (Cephalonia). Agia Efimia Kefalonia is a traditional fishing village centred on a small harbour. Agia Efimia is a very pretty fishing village with a number of traditional Greek waterside cafes and tavernas running parallel to the sheltered marina. Agia Efimia has plenty of restaurants, bakeries, ice cream cafes, supermarkets and a good selection of shops.

Agia Efimia is located just 30 km from Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia and 7 km north of Sami.
