Ingredients

1. Jackfruit seeds – 12

2. Ragi flour – 2 tablespoons

3. Milk – 2 cups

4. Water – 1 cup

5. Sugar – 1/4 cup

6. Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon

7. Grated coconut – 2 tablespoons

Preparation Method

1. First, heat a pan and lightly roast the jackfruit seeds for about 5 minutes.

2. Then transfer the roasted seeds to a pressure cooker, add enough water, and cook for about 3 whistles.

3. Mix the ragi flour with 1 cup of water without any lumps.

4. Heat another pan, pour in the ragi mixture, and cook until it thickens. Set it aside to cool.

5. Once the pressure is released, peel the skin off the jackfruit seeds and let them cool.

6. After the seeds have cooled, grind them well in a mixer jar.

7. To the ground jackfruit seeds, add the thickened ragi mixture, milk, sugar, cardamom powder, and grated coconut. Blend everything well again.

8. Chill in the refrigerator and serve cold.
