Ingredients:

$10 fish paste
$3 mince pork( fat type)
50cents de pork lard ( cut them into small little little dice cubes)
1 stalk of parsley each ( i use 2 types.. 芫荽&芹菜!) chopped finely
Chilli padi chopped finely( take out the seeds first)
10 gloves of garlics.. chopped finely

Instruction:

Put them altogether into a pot first.. add in little sugar, sesame oil, pepper, fish sauce.. mix them well.. ( I got taste whether the fish paste salty or not first before I decided whether I wan add fish sauce..cos some stall fish paste taste salty then u can skip add in fish sauce)

Place little water onto an metal tray.. scoop the paste onto yr wet palm n try make them into ball.. (like the video above) place them nicely apart.

Let them rest outside room temperature for 1 hour before steaming them ( this method is to make sure they will taste bouncy.. if not they will turn out too soft.. not nice) remember rub some oil onto the metal tray before u steam them to prevent stick!!
