At the recently concluded Automation Expo 2025 in Mumbai, Anscer Robotics introduced the LBR 500, a compact low-bed autonomous mobile robot (AMR) designed for the dynamic needs of Indian factories. The LBR 500’s plug-and-play design enables it to pick up trolleys ranging from 55 cm to 1.6 meters wide without requiring any modifications, a significant advantage in diverse and unstandardized factory environments.

Engineered for real-world factory efficiency, the LBR 500 carries up to 500 kg, achieves 43 trolley moves per hour, and completes docking in under 5 seconds. Equipped with 360° smart vision, omnidirectional mobility, and PLd Category 3 (ISO 13849) safety standards, it operates safely alongside workers and equipment. By eliminating bulky forklifts, reducing manual trolley movement by up to 75%, and enhancing material flow by 40%, the LBR 500 demonstrates how automation can be both agile and practical.

On the other side of the expo, Nass Magnet India, the Indian subsidiary of the century-old German company, showcased their world-class electromagnetic actuator systems for applications across automotive, railways, braking systems, fluid power, and medical sectors. Their focus was on empowering Indian OEMs and SMEs with robust, precision-engineered solutions for solenoids and magnetic actuators that meet global standards.
