Numerous supercells exploded in extreme instability June 25th in Nebraska.
Unfortunately (for me ) all 3 supercells that I approached decided to "spin down " in intensity .I did shoot some somewhat cool time lapse video of a couple of these storms "spinning down " . The last time lapse video is of the supercell that produced a tornado at Whitman, NE . Unfortunately ( again for me ) I was 80 miles away from that storm . At the end of video are 5 photos . 1st pic is my best shot of the LP ( Low precipitation ) supercells that I saw.
2nd pic is " my " 3rd supercell that I didn't shoot much video of.
3rd pic is zoomed in view of the tornadic supercell that hit Whitman, NE.
4th pic is wide view of Whitman storm from 80 miles away .
5th pic impressive mammatus clouds in the anvil of Whitman cell :)
