How to put the Discovery 4 into neutral & pull the manual handbrake release, in case of power failure, or non start.
Make sure you have your foot on the brake, as the vehicle can run away.
To reverse the procedure just push the lever down, turn the catch clockwise 90 degrees.
To enable the handbrake pull the handbrake switch up twice.
