Online inkjet printing machine is thermal printing machine which can print on bottles,caps,labels pouches and many other products. This can be used as handheld as well as you can connect to the conveyor.

Machine can print different height content, 304.8mm max, and printing line depends on machine printing height
Printing matter can be loaded from pen drive or can be composed in few minute on machine touch screen UI/hmi itself.
It can print date, mrp, expiry, logo, qr code, bar code etc, ink are available in different colors, non porous inks and porous both ink is available to print on product like paper, labels, pouch bags, cartons, plastic, metal, glass bottle, container, packets, parts, almost on all product materials.

Machine uses HP printing technology comes with 42ml premix ink cartridge can print up to 2500000characters approx for 2mm size.
There is no separate print head so no problem of head blockage of damage.

Machine can work be 1-200M per minute speed.

Pouch feeding machine is for feeding pouches, cartons, labels bags etc.This feeder is used for multipurpose things like counting, inkjet printing etc.
whole machine speed is synchronized & can be controlled by a variable AC speed drive
• stack of product is placed in the magazine provided with adjustable guide
• feeding area have individual friction belt with vacuum to avoid jamming of product due to product stack
• product is friction fed by multiple friction creating rollers with orings, in case of product being thin we provide separate motor drive to reverse pull & feed technology- useful in case of thin PP bags & labels
• after feeding the vacuum based conveyor carry forward the product for further processing like inkjet printing or counting or label applicator etc
• the structure is rugged & heavy Stainless
• encoder mounting can be given on request at extra cost
