The probiotic power of kefir is well documented in scientific literature, though there is still much to be discovered about all the ways in which this fermented superfood supports our systemic health.
It originates from communities in the Caucasus Mountains (thank you), and has been linked to improved immunity, healthier cholesterol metabolism, reduced cancer risks, and much more.
