Loogman Carwash: Rotterdam Site

Loogman Carwash acquired their Rotterdam store in 2009. Since then, they have expanded the site extensively, including adding indoor vacuums, an interior belt, and gutting and replacing the left wash tunnel.

The left and right tunnels have similar tunnel configurations using different equipment, primarily from Holz. Each has a 67m conveyor, making them the longest tunnels at any Loogman site. Both tunnels have turbo wheel blasters, a high volume prewash arch with a Volume Plus top manifold, 2 sets of PE196 wheel brushes, PE250 grill brushes, 2 manifold Mega-Power arch, retractable side to side polish mitter, a 4 producer drying system, and a drying wrap/top brush combo outfitted with Brushcom MicroDry. The left tunnel has a second generation trailing wrap/standard top brush combo (installed backwards to better match the right tunnel), first generation wrap/top brush/PE118 combo, and a first generation wrap/top brush combo for the PowerPolish service. The right tunnel has a second generation entrance facing wrap/trailing top brush combo, a second generation standard wrap/standard top brush/PE118+ combo, and a Peco wrap/Van Kessel top brush combo to rub in the PowerPolish. Loogman Carwash uses Sireon chemicals, and their top package includes the PowerShower, PowerPolish, PowerProtect, double wheel cleaning, and underbody, with R-Coat available as an add-on to the top packages.

Unfortunately I was unable to film the right tunnel because this was filmed near closing.
