Nomi Darling, a character played by Tristan Reid, is a drag queen and star of “The Nomi Darling Show,” “Nomi’s Kitchen”, and “Girls Outtakes” Nomi has worked with Smoke This Productions and Dump Star Media. She currently lives in Helsinki, Finland and has three small Nordic children.

Princess Jafar began her art career as a poet photographer and filmmaker over a decade ago and has been performing her music and comedy live for stages all around the world for over 5 years. Her video writing and performance work has been featured in the Gay Film Festival of Rio De Janeiro, The National Q Arts Festival in San Fran, The New York Porn Film Festival, Toronto’s Out Festival and multiple times in the European Media Arts Festival. In 2020 she was voted Pittsburgh’s 2nd Best Drag Queen and 3rd Best Pop Singer. She has also been featured as a fellow and artist in resident with Pittsburgh Filmmakers, Most Wanted Fine Arts, Maelstrom Collaborative, Kelly Strayhorn Theater and Bunker Projects and has received grants from Heinz and GPAC. Smoke This Productions is the former independent media production company founded in 2014 by artist, Alistair McQueen. In 2018, Smoke This Productions merged with Dump Star Media and artist Meagan Koleck.
Dump Star Media creates campy, satirical comedies and produces the work of other independent artists. Dump Star Media contributes to the independent arts community by addressing inequity in the filmmaking industry. Dump Star prioritizes accessible filmmaking by training entry-level and aspiring filmmakers through educational workshops and set experience. Dump Star Media is a woman-owned business incubated in Prototype PGH’s 2019 Women’s Work program. Dump Star hosts live and virtual events, created the January 2020 gallery exhibit at the Mr. Roboto Project, theatrical screened their anthology at Pittsburgh’s Harris Theater, provides a student internship program, and is featured in Steel This Magazine, Pittsburgh Business Times, Pittsburgh Courier, and Pittsburgh City Paper.
