In October, HEART listened to Jackie Harris, MFT and Behavioral Health Coordinator for the Resiliency & Justice Center, as she presented "Coping Skills & Self-Care Made Easy." Jackie used her experience as a therapist, previous caregiver of a loved one, and lessons learned to simplify the options available to us when we're activated, stressed, or just need a break.
