Vaccination during pregnancy is a simple and effective way to protect the mother and child from certain infections. It can also directly protect the foetus and infant via the transfer of antibodies from the mother to the foetus. This is why vaccinations during pregnancy are so important.
Three important vaccinations to be taken during pregnancy are:
