RIDING IN THE SUGAR BOWL OF THE PHILIPPINES

We flew over to Bacolod City to ride with other Rapha Cycling Club members (RCCBCD). Bacolod is an hour away from Manila by plane and is prominent for its central location in the country's largest sugar producing region. What a wonderful place to ride your bike, up mountains, through valleys and across flats. This ride takes us from Bacolod City to climb to the Ilaya Highland Resort in Patag, then through a lush forest to Lantawan, before descending to Silay, the Little Paris of Negros Occidental. Come join the ride amidst the rich and sweet culture of Bacolod!
