This Selesnya (Green, White) deck utilizes Calix as a means to dig deep into the deck for important enchantments, while also offering an amazing removal option. We are always talking about velocity at Jake and Joel are Magic; velocity is your ability to draw cards and have resources in hand. Having indestructible gods, like Heliod and Nylea, is an excellent way to make sure the creatures or enchantments you remove with Calix stay removed. On October 24, 2019, Wizards of the Coast released Brawl for MTG Arena, a singleton, 60-card format utilizing a commander. Much like Commander, this format is more casual than Standard and offers a different way to play, all while being less expensive than other constructed formats. The format is different from Commander, because your commander can be a legendary creature or planeswalker!
