A step by step guide how to take Ultegra ST-6870-R apart. The same process applies to the right shifter and Dura Ace ST-9070 shifters.
The issue was a rattling, humming noise whilst riding. Shifter was taken apart, problem fixed by cleaning and lubricating pivots, and stretching shift button springs.
