Another hour each of shorts from these classic theatrical series for my recording collection. Notably, this particular airing of Looney Tunes could be much better described as “Sylvester and Friends”, as the egotistical “puddy tat” is the star of four of the six 7-minute installments featured (specifically “The Jet Cage”, “A Kiddies’ Kitty”, “The Last Hungry Cat”, and his very first cartoon ever, “Life With Feathers”); and strangely, none of the included shorts feature Bugs or Daffy. Instead, the remaining two featured shorts include Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner cartoon (“Just Plane Beep”, one of the infamous Format Films shorts starring those characters from the late 1960s Dark Age of the series), and a Foghorn Leghorn cartoon (“Leghorn Swoggled”).
