Temus has been rapidly growing its workforce and operations. With over 100 applications per role and diverse requirements, the company needed to effectively automate it’s manual evaluation processes.

Through the AI Trailblazers program, Temus leveraged Google Cloud’s Vertex AI to develop a talent acquisition platform that streamlines candidate evaluation and interview scheduling, reducing evaluation time significantly. Additionally, they also deployed a talent development module that provides insights into in-house skills landscapes, aiding strategic talent development.

The AI Trailblazers Program is a joint initiative with The Ministry of Communications and Information (MCI), Digital Industry Singapore (DISG), Smart Nation Group (SNG), and Google Cloud.
