Скачать или смотреть How to Change Subtitles Timecodes to FRAME RATE in Subtitle Edit

To begin, I opened a subtitle and a video.
First open settings.
Here you can see that the timecode mode is set to show the milliseconds, you can change to show frames instead of milliseconds.
Now for start and end time of each line, there is a 2-digit number which indicates the frames.
Now to change frame rate, just go to synchronization and select change frame rate.
Here you can put the from and to frame rate, or you can click on these 3 dots buttons to find the frame rate of a video automatically.
For example, here I want to change frame rate of all the lines from 30 to 60.
Because in 30 frames video, 30 frames mean 1 second and in 60 frames video, 60 frames mean 1 second, so, now the duration of each line, divided by half.
