🚨 Recipe 🚨
Ingredients:

6 oz frozen peas
2 cups chicken or veggies stock
1 shallot (sliced)
1 garlic clove (sliced)
1 tbsp butter
Kitchen Besties (S&P)

Preparation:

-Boil peas in stock for 10min
-drain and shock in an ice bath
-Into the same pot over medium heat, melt butter and cook shallots until soft, about 2-4min.
-add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30-90 sec.
-add to blender with peas and blend on high until smooth, adding some of the same stock as necessary for the perfect consistency.
-season to taste with your kitchen besties
-strain through a fine mesh strainer to get super smooth
-bottle and enjoy upgrading your presentation :)
