This video will look at the mini ‘water tower’ camera, as I call it. It is one of the thousands of the generic audio & visual tech produced mostly in China. Many are fun to use as tech toys and some are a little better than that and some can even be used for serious activities & actions.
The ‘Water Tower’ I would consider a tech toy. Generally, anything less than a tech toy will not be seen on this channel. Even a tech toy must adhere to the specs presented. The video must have some clarity and you should be able to hear the audio. If it takes a photo, then the photo should be clear.
