Bakersfield police maintain officer presence at Kern County Fair for third year

If you plan on going to the Kern County Fair this year, along with the funnel cakes and sea lions, you can expect to see around 40 Bakersfield Police officers at all times. Since Friday, the fairgrounds have had 24-hour surveillance.
