Rodecaster Pro 2/ Rodecaster Duo audio solution for monitoring PS5 and Xbox audio - 2024

In this video, I'll show you how to have seamless audio with the PS5 and the Xbox with no audio interference or static. I have a one-PC setup, where I'm utilizing both Type C ports from the Rode Caster and plugging them into the back of my motherboard. I have the Shure SM7B connected to the Rode Caster, and these are the only three cables being used with the Rode Caster.

You will also need an Elgato capture device and an Audio Splitter to connect your PS5 or Xbox.

I have the PS5 and Xbox plugged into the Audio Capture device through its line-in ports. The Line out of the Audio Capture device is connected to the line-in of the Elgato Device.

From there, you will need to go to the System Sound settings and select More Sound Settings. Then, select the Recording tab and search for your capture card audio.

For me, it will be the Game Capture 4k60 Pro Mk.2 Audio. Select that and enter the Listen tab. Search for Game (RodeCaster) through the playback through this device, and now you should have seamless audio from your PS5 or Xbox through your Rode Caster Device.
