KHAO PAD GOONG (Shrimp fried rice)

INGREDIENTS:
3 cups Cooked jasmine rice
12 medium sized shrimps
2 Eggs
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/3 diced round onions
3 stalks Green onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp Seasoning soy sauce
1 tsp MSG
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

CHILI FISH SAUCE:
12 thai chilies, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp MSG
Lime juice, about 1 tsp

VEGETABLES & GARNISHES :
Cucumber slices
Green onion
Lime wedges
Cilantro
Crispy fried garlic (optional)
