Hotel Review: Canaves Oia Epitome! Best hotel in Santorini?

Welcome to the 2nd part of our Canaves Oia hotels review. In this video, we will review the Epitome. Canaves Oia Epitome is the newest addition to the Canaves brand. While other properties are located in the heart of Oia, the Epitome is located in a quiet area, perched above the famous fishing town of Ammoudie Bay and offers arguably the best sunset view in Santorini.
All the Canaves Oia (CO) properties in Santorini belong to the Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH). SLH has a partnership with Hyatt hotel (WoH). Therefore, all the CO hotels here can be booked with WoH points. They are all category 8 hotels and will cost a steep price of 40,000 WoH points per night.
The main attraction here at CO Epitome is the fine dining restaurant Elements. We previous had fine dinning at CO Suites so we went to dinner at Ammoudie Bay instead. The hotel provides complimentary transfer to near by attractions.
