Ingredients:

Tangzhong:
15g of bread flour
75ml of water

Dough:
Bread flour 220g of bread flour
White sugar 25g
Table salt ¼ tsp
Instant yeast 5g
Milk powder 6g
1 large egg
Milk 60ml
Unsalted butter 25g

Garlic Butter Filling:
50g of butter
5-6 cloves of garlic
¼ tsp of table salt
3-4 green onion stalks

Egg wash:
1 egg
1 tsp of milk

Some additional green onions for adding to the top of the bread

Notes: I used the #2 setting on my stand mixer for mixing the dough.
