SWEDISH KLADDKAKA Recipe | Swedish Sticky Chocolate Cake

The Kladdkaka is the Swedish brother of the typical gooey chocolate brownie that we all love! It's Sweden's most popular cake and it's sold in every café for their popular "fika" (coffee break). Topped with some whipped cream, this cake is the bomb! I love to serve it with some fresh fruits as well and if you keep it in the fridge overnight it turns into a delicious truffle cake. OMG so yummy!
