My elf on the Shelf, Flurry has asked for a tutu. She has seen elves arrive back at the North Pole wearing them and wants one too. Since she's drawn up how to make one, I'm going to try and make one for her.

Dimensions for Tutu:

Elastic is 15 cm's long
Tule is 10cm's long (will be folded in half when you attach it to the skirt)
