This is my budget project bike during the covid lockdown. Converting my 2013 Commencal El Camino 26' to a 27.5 Gravel bike.

Most of the parts convertion was straight forward.
The only challenge was to get the cable pull ratio between brifters and mtb derailleur (10 speed) to work. A Tanpan or Shiftmate would of made life easier but its too expensive.
