This video details my recent ENFP and INTJ partnership experience in Ukraine where I had some major insights on how ENFPs function as leaders.

Whether in a business partnership or relationship context, when ENFPs are under stress, feeling overwhelmed and out of control, chances are there was a failure in our ENFP communication skills.

ENFPs are usually conflict avoidant. We keep things inside, A LOT is happening in our ENFP intuition and we are not expressing ourselves out loud. But...as ENFP leaders, we will have to learn to step up and lead the way - or shut up!

For our ENFP relationships and businesses to thrive, we have to express ourselves, be fair to the other person and not expect them to read into our complex ENFP brain. :)
