Patay ang dalawang sundalo matapos tamaan ng kidlat sa bayan ng Lubuagan sa Kalinga Province.

Ayon sa Philippine Army, nangyari ang insidente habang tinutugis ng tropa ang ilang miyembro ng rebeldeng New People’s Army sa lugar.
